Learner responsibilities
Learners must use sandbox labs only as intended, avoid unauthorized network activity, and keep account access private.
No guaranteed outcome
The service supports learning and practice, but it does not guarantee exam results, job placement, salary changes, or employer approval.
Intellectual property
Lessons, labs, diagrams, hints, and practice material remain our intellectual property. Paid learners may use materials for personal or internal study.
Payment and access
Access length, cohort size, support terms, and pricing are confirmed in writing or through the account checkout flow.
Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service, except where applicable law does not allow limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.
